Welcome to our 3-room apartment, located in the heart of picturesque Vieux Nice, in a quiet alley just a few meters from Place Rossetti. On the 1st floor of a charming building, this fully renovated 40 square meter apartment offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort.

When you walk through the door, you’ll immediately be seduced by the warm atmosphere and meticulous decoration of this space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. You’ll find a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and crockery. The dining area can seat up to 5 people.

The lounge is the ideal place to relax after a day exploring the city. It features a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a flat-screen TV.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable 160 cm double bed and a walk-in wardrobe, offering peaceful space for two adults. The sofa-bed in the living room offers a 140 cm bed for two adults. The second bedroom has a mezzanine with a 140 cm bed for an extra person (child or teenager).

The travertine bathroom is functional, with an Italian shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.
